As Groups Director of eCommerce, Rafi Hamid has responsibility for all Napleton Internet marketing, which includes branding, market analysis, brand perception improvement, and lead creation. He is also responsible for coordinating and for developing the training of Internet sales expertise, discipline, and knowledge necessary to support Napletons' 30 dealer locations consisting of 60 franchises.

Rafi has been leading Napletons Internet efforts for 6 years. Some of his past roles have included Groups Internet Director of eCommerce for the Bob Rohrman Group which comprises 27 dealer locations and 40 franchises. Rafi has created several startup companies which include regional web portals, dealer Internet/BDC training companies, while leading the Napleton Group to 18 record months of the past 24.

Rafi was prominently featured as one of the auto industry's foremost experts in "The Masters Series, Automotive eCommerce," a series of educational documentaries about Internet best practices from the most knowledgeable and successful eCommerce experts in the automotive industry. The documentary was screened at the landmark theatre in San Francisco and the DVD, in the first month of its release, reached nearly 2,000 dealerships nationwide.

After years of setting up and running successful automotive internet departments for various dealers in the Denver metro area, Craig started his own automotive consulting company. He has worked with dealers around the country, conducted state-wide seminars on internet marketing, spoken at national conferences, conducted numerous webinars for dealers on internet implementation, written for national automotive publications and maintains the Internet Certified Dealer web presence. He still writes monthly for Auto Dealer Monthly, is currently the full-time Internet Director for O'Rielly Chevrolet in Tucson, AZ and is available for limited consulting.
