The Carfeine team is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to contribute their expertise to our growing Machine Learning (ML) company. We deliver an ML-powered AdTech SaaS platform to the automotive industry and provide our clients with ML-powered digital marketing services. As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work with our ML AdTech to develop and maintain effective campaigns across the Search, Display, and Video channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage client’s Google & Bing PPC, display & video campaigns.

  • Optimize campaigns for clients’ most important KPIs.

  • Evaluate and provide feedback on the Campaigns.

  • Integrate the latest Google best practices in the campaigns for maximizing Google’s Optimization score. 

  • Work with the Development team to test and provide feedback on various ML modules in development. 

  • Support and guide the Client Success team to maximize the results for our clients 

  • Occasionally provide support to the Client Success team by offering expert strategic advice on Client calls.

  • Offer strong creative skills in developing compelling ad copy.

  • Run Ad experiments both traditionally on Google as well as with our ML platform, on different ads, campaign structures, as needed. 

  • Build and Deploy new client campaigns on Search, Display & Video channels.


  • 2+ Years of experience creating, leading, and managing paid search campaigns. 

  • 1+ Years of experience deploying and managing display, Gmail, video & YouTube campaigns.

  • 1+ Years of experience using Google Analytics.

  • Capability to work remotely and onsite.

  • Internally motivated and self-directed.

  • Must be well organized and detail-oriented with a creative flair.

  • Strong Analytical skills. Required to review data and make appropriate recommendations.

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Customer contact required.

  • Effective time management skills. Must be able to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.

  • Ability to interact with cross-functional teams and offer a positive, supportive attitude to solving problems. 

  • Experience working in a growth company is a plus.
