As the situation continues to evolve, many businesses are trying to plan what to do next. As a part of the automotive community, we, at Carfeine, are always looking to share ideas to help our automotive retail partners navigate through this challenging time.
Many of our clients have expressed that they understand people will be stuck at home with their devices, and still want to have the ability to keep their branding going. Throughout the past couple of weeks, we’ve been helping our partners adapt their marketing and operations to the fast-changing landscape.
We created the following short document for our clients to start building ideas.

With people being urged or mandated to stay at home, understanding where your marketing budget is going is important. Shifting from offline channels like newspapers and billboards to digital channels will be key to remaining top of mind with your customers.
But now is also the time to look at your Digital Marketing channel mix and re-purpose it if necessary.
A trend that we have noticed is that more people are on social media and online video platforms to pass their time and/or communicate. By focusing on channels such as social media, display and video platforms; you can increase the reach and engagement of your messaging.
Your marketing will be most effective when the messages resonate with your audience. Right now, messages focusing on your local community and what your team are doing to protect them will have more impact than a message just trying to sell a car or service. Showing them in a short video would be great!
If you have any questions or just want to bounce ideas together, we’re here to help in any way we can.
